Feed Blind Snake is a free game that runs in your browser. By playing it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use it.

The game is provided as is

It costs nothing and comes with no guarantees — that it will work on your device, that it will stay available, or that it is free of faults. You play at your own risk. As far as the law allows, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from using it.

Availability

We may change the game, update it, or take it offline at any time without notice. There are no accounts, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to lose but your best score.

Your data

There is no server and no login. The game can remember your best score and theme on your own device, and only if you accept the storage banner. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is saved.

Fair use

Play as much as you like. Please don't try to disrupt the game or the site for other people, and don't republish it as your own.

Ownership

The name, code, design and artwork are ours unless stated otherwise. Reading the source in your browser is entirely fine — copying the game wholesale is not.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top always shows the current version, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
